For 2020, Land Rover launched the second generation of its cute ute, the Range Rover Evoque. The redesigned compact SUV rides on a longer wheelbase and gets a more dramatic-looking face, as well as a new mild-hybrid engine and a lot of updated tech and safety features.

One feature that stands out literally is the available ClearSight Ground View system, which displays what is in front of and under the Evoque, making negotiating off-road obstacles and dangers easier when you dont have someone to spot for you. The system makes its debut on the Evoque.

Still Not a Lookalike Except to the Previous Evoque

The grille and LED headlights and taillights are slimmer and more modern, and the design has become even more minimalist, with less trim and cladding and almost no brightwork.
Interior Long on Looks, Short on Space

The Evoque both looks and feels great inside, with authentic materials in the coverings, headliner and trim. While the buttery leather will please most buyers, the front seats have sufficient space and comfortable seats. The quality holds up in the backseat, but the space does not.
