Mumbai recently witnessed a spectacular showcase of Monaco Organic Food Festival for India by celebrated Michelin starred Chef Marcel Ravin.
This elegantly curated showcase was in association with Monaco Government Tourist Bureau India along with Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer. The event was held at Vetro, The Oberoi, Mumbai.
The special culinary showcase, “From Monaco with Love” at Vetro, entailed Chef Marcel Ravin’s tasting menus, all sumptuously inspired by travels of his native land and infused with fragrant flavours of his Signature dishes. Organic Egg with Truffle, Cassava and Maracuja juice and his Signature dessert, Chocolate and Passion Fruit Partition with Cocoa Bean and Passion Fruit Sauce was presented. The four day Monaco Organic Food Festival, started with exclusive gourmet tables for celebrity influencers, industry socialites, corporate, media fraternity, travel sector and senior delegation from Monaco Government tourist authority, followed by, Indian Spice Trail Tour for the committed star-awarded Chef.
