Iced Tea Punch:

The all time summer favourite, Iced Tea can be given a slight twist by adding that little extra punch. Five elements – sour, sweet, alcohol, dilution and spice bring in the perfect punch, making it all the more stimulating. The concoction of lime, sugar syrup, rum, tea and mix of spices do the trick in this recipe.

Ingredients:
 2tbsp tea leaves
 1 litre water
 Spices- Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, coriander seed (1/2 tbsp each)

To be added in a tall glass
 100ml cold-brew black tea
 50ml dark rum
 15ml sugar syrup
 10ml lime juice
 Fresh mint, a slice of lime

Method: Leave 2-3 tbsp of loose tea leaves to infuse in one litre of water along with ½ tablespoon (each) of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and coriander seed. Keep it in fridge for 12 hours.
Build the drink in a tall glass. Pour in the infused cold brewed tea and add each element (Mentioned in the second set of ingredients) in similar order and stir. Garnish with fresh mint and a slice of lime. Add some citrus peel if you want some extra punch!

Mango Pineapple Mojito:

While mango is the most loved summer fruit which is high in fibre; pineapples are rich in vitamins and antioxidants that can fight inflammation and disease. This classic summer cocktail can be made with the limited ingredients available at home. Pineapple gives an energising tropical twist to the drink and one can enjoy it over a Zoom call party with family and friends.

Ingredients:
 50gm pineapple
 50gm chopped mango
 3 limes chopped
 2 mint sprigs
 150 ml white rum
 600 ml water  Sugar as per taste
 Ice

Method: Tip the pineapple, mango, limes and sugar into a jug and mix up together. Add mint leaves
from the two mint sprigs and add white rum and water. Stir everything together and add ice… Voila, It is
ready to get served!
