Cycling feels good…we pedal our way to better metabolism, coordination, flatter tummy… Healthy blood flows to brain and various other organs (😉). The emotional health is a definite mental benefit of cycling. It gives a spike in dopamine, which makes us happy, agile, and energetic. This is probably the reason why the olden day movies shot all kinds of romantic and amorous songs on cycles.

We assimilated some cycling clips from a few famous English and Hindi (Indian) movies to take you down the memory lane.

  • The Queen resorted to screeching for his bike. Was it a cry of toddler tantrum or adolescence delinquency??
  • The cycle moments were aspirational…the bike time was your world, your abundance, your opulence… Hindi Movie – Bhabhi
  • Crisp tarmac, fresh air of Salzburg, and invigorating conversations…all during a long stint in the saddle, during your dad’s absence… English Movie -The Sound of Music
  • Bicycles held their importance during breakups, they provided reprieve from sullen situations and filled the ‘do naught’ time. Hindi Movie – QSQT
  • Kids love it ….all shapes and sizes enjoy can mount and dislodge… Peppa Pig
  • To our movie folks and celebrities, it was a way to show off the perfectly pruned and sculpted bodies…
We don’t own the copyright to any song
