 It is 3 in morning and she hasn’t slept yet… it is my nth night this way…I am exhausted.
 Can I express my own emotions…or fight for what I need…?
 A meltdown that started at midnight and went on for hours…I am sitting
here, with a cup of tea, physically and emotionally exhausted.
 Lost my entire career…but, she’s worth it….
 My son masks his ASD symptoms at school and comes home super
exhausted…and has enormous emotional meltdowns at home.
 My son just went pee, in the toilet, for the first time…
 It drives me crazy when others say “she doesn’t look autistic…”, “..looks
pampered…, naughty”.
 He cries, I cry, I don’t know why he’s crying…I just need to know…feeling so helpless.
 It breaks my heart when I see that he tries to reach out to other kids and a
lot of them ignore him…and you can see he doesn’t understand…
 When teacher says “he is too old to be in diapers…they are not age
appropriate!” My question: “Is anything about autism age appropriate??”
